Each member's GHIN number is the cross-system key shared across the platform, Golf Genius, and the USGA. No direct GHIN API connection needed — your existing club subscription handles handicap management.

All outbound email — invitations, RSVP confirmations, partner requests, pace-of-play notices, no-show notices — delivered via SendGrid with your club's branding and the right officer contact on every message type.
A stable, maintainable production stack
The production system at Balboa Park Men's Golf Club has run continuously since 2016 on a server-rendered architecture with a clean service layer. Every database operation goes through a typed service component — no raw SQL on pages, no stored-balance drift bugs.
The multi-tenant commercial build uses a shared database with
club_id
isolation. Tenant resolution from the incoming hostname — each club
gets its own subdomain or custom domain. No data from one club
is ever accessible to another.
Every feature here is live and in daily production.
